Leeds Group plc announces that it has today been informed that on 31 October 2014 Sunningdale Investments Limited ("Sunningdale") purchased 40,000 ordinary shares in the Company following which it now owns 1,962,000 ordinary shares, representing 7.12% of the Company's total voting rights comprising 27,548,343 ordinary shares in issue.
