Significant Shareholding

Further to an announcement made earlier today, Leeds Group announces that it has today been informed that on 4 November 2014 Sunningdale Investments Limited ("Sunningdale") purchased an additional 38,000 ordinary shares in the Company following which it now owns 2,000,000 ordinary shares, representing 7.26% of the Company's total voting rights comprising 27,548,343 ordinary shares in issue.

In addition, the Company has today been informed that on 4 November 2014 Sunningdale transferred 1,700,000 shares to Secure Nominees Limited which is now the registered holder, on behalf of Sunningdale, of its entire holding of 2,000,000 shares.
