Annual General Meeting Statement

At the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held at Noon today, Jan G. Holmstrom, Non-Executive Chairman, will make the following statement:

'' The Group continues to be affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, with additional restrictions currently being considered by the German government and already implemented by other European governments.  This will have an impact on the trading in both Hemmers/Itex Textil Import Export GmbH and Stoff-Ideen-KMR GmbH.  Management will take the necessary actions to mitigate this developing situation.''
