AGM Statement

At today's Annual General Meeting, Jan G. Holmstrom, Non-Executive Chairman, will make the following statement: 

"Trading performance for the first three months of the year is in line with the expectations of the Board. 

The Directors do not propose a full year dividend considering the past year result.''
