AGM Statement

At today's Annual General Meeting, Jan G. Holmstrom, Non-Executive Chairman, will make the following statement: 

"I am pleased to report that the trading performance for the first three months of the year is in line with the expectations of the Board. The recent capital expansion and restructuring at Hemmers-Itex should provide the company with the infrastructure to promote further growth and efficiencies in the current financial year. 

Following the high level of investment in recent years, the Board does not recommend the payment of a dividend."
