Item 8.01. Other Events .

On March 21, 2014 Lee Enterprises, Incorporated (the “Company”) issued a news release announcing the pricing of its $400 million aggregate principal amount of Senior Secured Notes due 2022 and a new five-year $250 million first lien term loan, together with a new $40 million revolving credit facility.

A copy of the news release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
