Lee Enterprises, Incorporated (the “Company”) has elected William T. Masterson, Jr., 51, as Vice President-Newspapers effective September 28, 2012. He will continue as publisher of The Times Media Company of Northwest Indiana, a position he has held since 2006. As with all of the Company’s elected officers, he will serve in such capacity until the next annual meeting of its Board of Directors, when the Board considers election of officers, or until his successor has been duly elected and qualified. A copy of the News Release announcing Mr. Masterson’s election is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
