Shares in Issue

Pursuant to the exercise of options notified on 30 September 2015, the Company anticipates 240,000 shares to be admitted to trading on AIM on 12 October 2015.

Following the admission of these shares, the total number of ordinary shares of GBP 0.00375 each in the Company in issue will be 398,517,451 with each share carrying the right to one vote.

No shares are held in treasury.  The above figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
