Further to the announcement made on 8 April 2014 the Company can confirm that it expects a total of 74,187,500 shares, comprising 50,000,000 Placing Shares and 24,187,500 Consideration Shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM on 11 April 2014.

Following the admission of these shares, the total number of shares in issue will be 350,012,500.

Defined terms used herein have the meanings given to them in the announcement 'Acquisition of LINE Communications Holdings Ltd' dated 8 April 2014.
