Learning Technologies Group plc, provider of services and technologies for digital learning and talent management, announces that on 11 March 2022 Leslie-Ann Reed (Non-executive Director) made the following transaction in the Company's shares:

·	Received 146,542 Ordinary Shares in the Company as a distribution from her late father's estate.

Following the transaction above, Leslie-Ann Reed's beneficial holding in the Company is 5,220,422 Ordinary Shares and this holding represents approximately 1 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
