Learning Technologies Group plc, provider of services and technologies for digital learning and talent management, announces that on 30 April 2020 Leslie-Ann Reed (Non-executive Director) sold 1,300,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at an average price of 125.0 pence per Ordinary Share.  The purpose of this sale and of the sale of shares announced on 24 April 2020 are to fund a house purchase.

Following the transaction above, Leslie-Ann Reed's beneficial holding in the Company is 4,839,463 Ordinary Shares and this holding represents approximately 0.721 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
