Learning Technologies Group plc, the leading integrated e-learning services and technologies provider, announces the following share dealings on 12 February 2018 in order to satisfy institutional buying demand.

Jonathan Satchell, Chief Executive, sold 3,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.375 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 75 pence per Ordinary Share.  Following these share dealings, Jonathan Satchell is interested in 100,139,995 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 17.4% of the Company's issued share capital.

Piers Lea, Chief Strategy Officer, sold 3,000,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 75 pence per Ordinary Share.  Following these share dealings, Piers Lea is interested in 13,023,383 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.3% of the Company's issued share capital.
