Director Dealing and Grant of Share Options

Learning Technologies Group plc ("the Company"), the leading e-learning business, announces that on 5 April 2017 Leslie-Ann Reed (Non-executive Director) acquired 400,000 shares in the Company at a price of 37.50 pence per share.

Further, the Company granted to Neil Elton (Group Finance Director) 2,000,000 unapproved share options at an exercise price of 37.50 pence per share.

The vesting of these new share options are subject to the achievement of demanding performance criteria.
