Learning Technologies Group plc ("LTG"), the leading e-learning company, was advised on 1 March 2017 of dealings in the ordinary shares of 0.375p each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') by Jonathan Satchell and Leslie-Ann Reed, both of whom are Directors of the Company.

1,250,000 Ordinary Shares were bought by Leslie-Ann Reed at a price of 40.0 pence on 1 March 2017. This demand was met by Jonathan Satchell selling these shares.
