Appointment of Senior Independent Director

Learning Technologies Group plc is pleased to confirm the appointment of Simon Boddie as Senior Independent Director with effect from 8 July 2024.  The Board had resolved to appoint a Senior Independent Director during 2024 as stated in its 2023 Annual Report.

Mr Boddie was appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Company on 1 October 2020 and serves on the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees.  He is currently the Chief Financial Officer of the University of Oxford and Non-Executive Director of Oxford Science Enterprises.
