LTG announces that Peter Mountford, Deputy Chairman, has decided to step down from the Board to pursue his numerous other interests.

Andrew Brode, Chairman said:

"Peter initiated and led the reverse of Epic into LTG to enable its listing on AIM in November 2013. Since then he has expertly assisted with our corporate affairs and with the two acquisitions we concluded this year. On behalf of the Board, I wish to thank Peter for his outstanding contribution to the company and wish him well in his future endeavours".

Peter Mountford said:

"I'm delighted to have been part of an expert team that has created such a special business.  The industry in which LTG operates is growing fast and there are many interesting acquisition opportunities. I would like to wish all of my colleagues at LTG the very best for the future".
