Lea bank ASA reports profit before tax of NOK 38 million

Lea bank reported a profit before tax of NOK 38 million for Q3 2023, up from NOK

25 million last quarter. Gross loans amounted to 6,607 MNOK, compared to 6,090

MNOK in the same quarter last year. Net interest income for the quarter was NOK

130.4 million, an increase of NOK 4.1 million from Q3 2022. Loss on loans were

NOK 67.8 million compared to NOK 52.1 million in Q3 2022. Equity at the end of

the quarter was NOK 1,427 million.

Highlights of Q3 2023:

· Profit before tax NOK 38 million (after tax NOK 28.9 million)

· Net interest income of NOK 130.4 million

· Gross loan portfolio of NOK 6.6 billion

· Cost-income ratio (C/I) of 29.6%

· Book value per share of NOK 14.42

Lea bank will present the results for Q3 2023 on Thursday, October 26, at 10:00
