Additional Explanations

As our issued capital increased from 165.000.000 TL to 825.000.000 TL after the bonus issue we realized on 15.10.2025, the dividend amount to be paid per share and the dividend rate to be paid per share regarding the 5th installment dividend payment have been updated. There is no change in the total 5th installment dividend amount to be paid.

We submit for the information of shareholders and the public.

In case of discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of the public disclosure statement the Turkish version shall prevail.
