The UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA), the competition regulatory authority in the United Kingdom, has notified LDC of the opening of a review procedure in relation to the acquisition of shares in Green Label Holdings Ltd.

As of 27 January 2026, the UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has opened a review procedure in relation to the acquisition of a majority stake by the LDC Group in Green Label Holdings Ltd ("Green Label"), as announced on 1 December 2025.

In this context, the CMA has required that the LDC Group and Green Label maintain the separation of their respective activities for the duration of its review. The conclusion of this review phase is expected by the end of the first half of the 2026 calendar year.
