LCP Holdings and Investments Public Ltd (the "Company") (ex-Laiki Capital Public Co Ltd) announces that at today's meeting, its Board of Directors approved the Group's Indicative Results for the year ended 31 December 2015, which are attached hereto.
An extract of the Group's Indicative Results will be published tomorrow, Friday, 19 February 2016, in the newspaper "PHILELEPHTEROS". The Group's Indicative Results will not be sent to the beneficiaries of titles, but interested investors may obtain, free of charge, a copy of the entire text of the Indicative Results along with the Explanatory Report at 154, Limassol Avenue, 2025 Strovolos, Nicosia. The Indicative Results are also available on the Company's website, www.lcpholdings.com, as well as on the website of the Cyprus Stock Exchange, www.cse.com.cy.
