H Laiki Capital Public Co Ltd (the "Company") announces that its Board of Directors will meet on February 25, 2013 to examine, among other subjects, the preliminary results of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2012.
The preliminary results will be announced to the Cyprus Stock Exchange and the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission on the same day.
