LCP Holdings and Investments Public Ltd (the "Company") announces that, at its meeting of yesterday, its Board of Directors decided to pay interim dividend amounting to a total of €1,282,441, which corresponds to €0.05 for every fully paid-up ordinary share.
The interim dividend will be paid to the Company's shareholders who are registered in the records of the Cyprus Stock Exchange following the reverse split of the share, as at 31 December 2021 (record date). As a result, the shares of LCP Holdings and Investments Public Ltd will be traded on the Cyprus Stock Exchange cum-dividend, until 29 December 2021. As of 30 December 2021, they will be traded ex-dividend.
The dividend will be paid to the beneficiary shareholders by 28 January 2022 at the latest.
