A LAIKI CAPITAL
Laiki Capital Public Co Ltd (the «Company») announces that it has received a binding offer for the sale to Bank of Cyprus Public Co Ltd of the 100% of the Company's investment in Laiki Financial Services Limited.
The offered consideration for the sale of Laiki Financial Services Limited amounts to €3m., payable in cash.
The Company's Board of Directors, in consultation with its external legal advisors, will consider the above offer.
