    1. The Investor Relations Officer, Georgios Georgiou, has submitted his resignation with immediate effect and Andreas Hatzikyrou has been appointed to this position with immediate effect.
    1. The Compliance Officer under the CSE's Corporate Governance Code, Georgios Georgiou, has submitted his resignation with immediate effect and Anna Agroti has been appointed to this position.
