LCP Holdings and Investments Public Ltd (the "Company") announces the departure of its CFO, Mrs Maria Ioannou Achillides, with immediate effect.
It also announces that The Cyprus Investment and Securities Corporation Ltd, with which the Company has signed a relevant agreement, will undertake the role of Company CFO with immediate effect.
The Company's Management and Board of Directors wish to warmly thank Mrs Maria Ioannou Achillides for the cooperation and the services provided to the Company.
