Laiki Capital Public Co Ltd (the "Company") announces that Mr. Odysseas Christodoulou submitted his resignation from his position as a Member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Company as well as from his position as a Member of the Board of Directors of its subsidiary company, Laiki Financial Services, on 18th March 2013.
