LCL Resources Limited (“the Company ”) gives notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (“ Corporations Act” ).

The Company advises that, as detailed in the Appendix 2A dated 12 June 2024, it has issued 9,652,509 fully paid ordinary shares (“ Shares” ).

The Company confirms that:

The Shares were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act and without a prospectus being prepared for the Shares.
As a disclosing entity, the Company is subject to regular reporting and disclosure obligations.
As at the date of the issue of the Shares:
- a) the Company has complied with the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company;
- b) the Company has complied with sections 674 and 674A of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company; and
- c) there is no "excluded information" within the meaning of sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act which is required to be disclosed under section 708A(6)(e) of the Corporations Act.
