ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

SENIOR MANAGEMENT CHANGE

Metminco Limited (“Metminco” or the “Company”) (ASX: MNC; AIM: MNC) is pleased to announce that Graeme Hogan has been appointed as Company Secretary/Chief Financial Officer effective Monday 11 December 2017. Mr Hogan has over 20 years’ experience as a Company Secretary/Chief Financial Officer with unlisted and other ASX listed resources companies.

Mr Brian Jones, a partner in the accounting firm Rothsay Chartered Accountants, filled the position of Company Secretary/Chief Financial Officer in an interim capacity and has resigned effective today.
