F2: On December 28, 2010, registrant's Compensation Committee reduced by $1.50 the exercise price of all outstanding stock options granted pursuant to registrant's 2002 Equity Award and Incentive Plan. The adjustment was made as a result of the $1.50 per share special cash dividend payable on December 28, 2010 to holders of registrant's common stock.
