QURIUS bereidt de komende maanden aandelen emissie voor

4 Juni 2007 – Qurius N.V. is voornemens om nieuwe A-aandelen uit te geven aan institutionele en retail beleggers in Nederland en bepaalde institutionele beleggers buiten Nederland voor een bedrag van EUR 20 miljoen (met de mogelijkheid om de emissie te verhogen tot EUR 30 miljoen) om haar organische en acquisitieve groei te financieren.

Fortis is benoemd tot lead manager en bookrunner voor de transactie.

Qurius verzorgt ontwerp, realisatie en beheer van bedrijfsapplicaties en IT-infrastructuren. Fundament voor deze oplossingen vormt de pakket- en platformsoftware van Microsoft. Qurius telt circa 725 medewerkers; het hoofdkantoor bevindt zich in Nederland. Vanuit de vestigingen in België, Duitsland, Denemarken, Engeland, Italië, Nederland, Noorwegen, Spanje en Zweden bedient Qurius ruim 1.700 klanten.
