Qurius publishes Shareholder circular and call for EGM

ZALTBOMMEL, 23 August 2012 – Today Qurius N.V. published a comprehensive pack of information related to the intended sale of Qurius Netherlands, Qurius Czech Republic and its software company QIPtree to Prodware S.A. from France. Qurius N.V. calls for an Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders which is to be held at the Qurius offices in Zaltbommel, 4 October at 10.00 hrs.
