Qurius Germany and UK sold to Prodware

Zaltbommel, 3 August 2012 - Qurius announces that it has today, against immediate payment of the first EUR 2 million, sold the operating companies Qurius Germany and Qurius United Kingdom to Prodware, as announced in the press release issued at 31 July 2012. The remainder of the purchase price will be paid on closing, ultimately 24 August.
