Qurius receives no alternative offer; change in leadership Qurius Netherlands

Zaltbommel, 19 September 2012 –Following the ending of the term to make an alternative offer within the alternative offer period as mentioned in the shareholders circular of 23 August 2012, Qurius N.V. confirms that it did not receive such offer. As announced on 24 August 2012, Qurius will submit the bid that Prodware made to its EGM on 4 October.

Qurius furthermore announces that Mark Cockings, Managing Director of both Qurius UK and Qurius Netherlands, has stepped down as Managing Director of Qurius Netherlands as he is no longer on the payroll of Qurius since the transfer of Qurius UK to Prodware. For the moment Mr. Leen Zevenbergen, CEO of Qurius N.V., has assumed leadership of Qurius Netherlands.
