Zaltbommel, 15 November 2010 – In 2011, Reggie de Jong will be nominated as a member of the Supervisory Board of Qurius NV, to be appointed at the Annual General Meeting in May. Mrs De Jong is founder of the Restructuring Company and is a very experienced manager and entrepreneur with an extensive track record within Servicing (Business Process Outsourcing) and ICT companies.
Earlier in her career, Reggie de Jong founded several successful companies and was commercial director at Stater B.V. and managing director at ForeSure/Group and VisionWaves Finance. From November 2006 till June 2008 she was CIO at DSB Bank. Before founding The Restructuring Company, Mrs De Jong fulfilled the role of CEO at Ordina BPO until June 2009, immediately after she had restructured and sold this entity to Centric in March of that year.
Due to additional participants to the International Leadership Program ('ILP') and related investments done in June 2010, Qurius NV has issued 675.676 shares per today. These shares are subject to the details and arrangements of the ILP.
