Qurius AGM adopts all proposals

Zaltbommel, 24 May, 2012 – the Annual General Meeting of Qurius N.V., held on 24 May, 2012, has adopted all proposals that were on the agenda for voting. This included the appointment of Ms Reggie de Jong as member of the Supervisory Board. Reggie de Jong was recommended by the Workers Council (OR) of Qurius. The AGM welcomed Ms De Jong warmly with an applause. Other voting items, included the adoption of the annual accounts and release from liability of the members of the Executive Board and Supervisory Board respectively.
