Sub: Allotment of Equity Shares on exercise of ESOPs

This is to inform you that the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of Board of Directors of the Company has allotted on May 28, 2024 by way of resolution passed by circulation 1,61,349 Equity Shares of Rs.2/- each of the Company, fully paid up, at a price of Rs. 356.00/each (including premium of Rs. 354.00/-), to the eligible Employees on exercise of their Stock Options under Laurus Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2018 (Grant-II).

Further, the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of Board of Directors of the Company has allotted on May 28, 2024 by way of resolution passed by circulation 32,107 Equity Shares of Rs.2/- each of the Company, fully paid up, at a price of Rs. 350.00/- each (including premium of Rs. 348.00/-), to the eligible Employees on exercise of their Stock Options under Laurus Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2016 (Grant-III).

The total paid up capital of the Company after the above allotments stands at Rs.107,83,18,628/-

In this regard, please find enclosed the details as required under Regulation 10(c) of SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021.
