Dear Sir / madam,

This is to inform you that the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has allotted on December 31, 2024 by way of resolution passed by circulation 71,498 Equity Shares of Rs.2/- each of the Company, fully paid up, at a price of Rs. 356.00/- each (including premium of Rs. 354.00/-), to the eligible employees on exercise of their Stock Options under Laurus Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2018 (Grant-II).

Further, the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has allotted on December 31, 2024 by way of resolution passed by circulation 20,429 Equity Shares of Rs.2/each of the Company, fully paid up, at a price of Rs. 350.00/- each (including premium of Rs. 348.00/), to the eligible employees on exercise of their Stock Options under Laurus Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2016 (Grant-III).

Further, the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has allotted on December 31, 2024 by way of resolution passed by circulation 1,250 Equity Shares of Rs.2/each of the Company, fully paid up, at a price of Rs. 350.00/- each (including premium of Rs. 348.00/), to the eligible employee(s) on exercise of their Stock Options under Laurus Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2018 (Grant-III).

The total paid up capital of the Company after the above allotments stands at Rs.107,85,04,982/-.

In this regard, please find enclosed the details as required under Regulation 10(c) of SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021.
