Sub: Allotment of Equity Shares on exercise of ESOPs

This is to inform you that the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of Board of Directors of the Company has allotted on December 08, 2023 by way of resolution passed by circulation 2,83,790 Equity Shares of Rs.2/- each of the Company, fully paid up, at a price of Rs. 51.10/each (including premium of Rs. 49.10/-), to the eligible Employees on exercise of their Stock Options under Laurus Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2018 (Grant-I).

Further, the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of Board of Directors of the Company has allotted on December 08, 2023 by way of resolution passed by circulation 31,143 Equity Shares of Rs.2/- each of the Company, fully paid up, at a price of Rs. 356.00/- each (including premium of Rs. 354.00/-), to the eligible Employees on exercise of their Stock Options under Laurus Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2018 (Grant-II).

The total paid up capital of the Company after the above allotments stands at Rs.107,79,31,716/-

In this regard, please find enclosed the details as required under Regulation 10(c) of SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021.
