Sub: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations,, 2015:

Please find enclosed herewith a letter received from M/s. Leven Holdings (a Partnership Firm, where Mr. V.V Ravi Kumar, Promoter, Executive Director and CFO of Laurus Labs Limited (“the Company”), as a Managing Trustee of M/s. VVRK Family Trust is the Managing Partner) stating that Mr. V.V.Ravi Kumar had transferred 67,05,000 equity shares of the Company held by him to M/s. Leven Holdings as capital contribution to the said Partnership Firm. These 67,05,000 equity shares of Rs.2/- each represents 1.25% of shareholding of the Company.

Post-transfer of above shares to M/s. Leven Holdings on 2[nd] November 2022, Mr. V.V Ravi Kumar still holds 10,00,000 equity shares of Rs.2/- each of the Company in his individual capacity representing 0.18% of shareholding in the Company.

Accordingly, M/s. Leven Holdings has been categorised under the Promoter Category of the Company with immediate effect.
