Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Company on June 17, 2024 has received the credit rating confirmation from M/s. CARE Ratings Ltd. (Credit Rating Agency) on the credit rating of the Company.

The credit ratings of Long term bank facilities have been re-affirmed at “CARE AA” and the outlook has been revised from “Stable” to “Negative” and the Short term Bank facilities are reaffirmed at CARE A1+.
