Sub: Update on acquisition of shares of Laurus Bio Private Limited

Ref: Our disclosures dated September 11, 2023 and October 16, 2023 regarding signing of SPA with shareholders of Laurus Bio Private Limited and partial completion of acquisition of 29,308 shares respectively.

Dear Sirs,

This is in continuation of our disclosures dated September 11, 2023 and October 16, 2023 regarding signing of SPAs with the shareholders of M/s. Laurus Bio Private Limited (“Laurus Bio”) for purchase of 37,641 equity shares through secondary purchase and partial completion of acquisition of 29,308 shares respectively.

In this regard, we wish to update that the Company has completed the acquisition of balance 8,333 equity shares from the promoter group shareholders of Laurus Bio on November 20, 2023.

With this acquisition the Company holds 87.59% shareholding (on fully diluted basis) in Laurus Bio.
