Reference is made to the Annual Report 2014 (the "AR 2014") of Launch Tech Company Limited (the "Company") uploaded on 29 April 2015.

This announcement is made to supplement the information pursuant to the disclosure requirements under paragraph 24 of Appendix 16 (current Appendix D2) to the Listing Rules, as the omissions in disclosure information were noted in the AR 2014, the Board would like to supplement the XI.(4)3.
