At the request of Launch Tech Company Limited (the “ Company ”), trading in the H shares of the Company has been halted with effect from 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, 21 March 2017 pending the release of an announcement regarding subscription of the Company’s domestic shares which is in relation to inside information, the material terms of which have been agreed.
