At the request of Launch Tech Company Limited (the “ Company ”), trading in the H shares of the Company has been halted with effect from 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, 16 December 2015 pending the release of an announcement in relation to a placing agreement regarding placing of new H shares of the Company, the material terms of which have been agreed.
