Denomination of shares from lats to euro
AS “Latvijas Gāze” informs that in accordance to the decision of annual general meeting that took place on July 4, 2014 to denominate share nominal value from lats to euro, the denomination date is set on August 1, 2014 (end of day).
The Articles of association are registered within Commercial registry on July 10, 2014.
The amendments of Articles of association attached.
