Shareholder Marguerite Gas I S.à r.l. Transfers Its Shares to Marguerite Gas II S.à r.l.
On March 24, 2017 the JSC “Latvijas Gāze” received a notice of disposal of major sharing from “Marguerite Gas I S.à r.l.” and a notice of acquisition of a major holding from “Marguerite Gas II S.à r.l.”. According to the notice, all 11,560,645 (28.974%) shares owned by “Marguerite Gas I S.à r.l.” have been transferred to the new owner and both companies have the same chain of controlling owners – "MARGUERITE HOLDINGS S.à r.l." and "2020 European Fund for Energy, Climate Change and Infrastructure".
