Latvijas Gāze, JSC attracts 35 million euros of loan
In order to set up an optimum capital structure for the to-be-established distribution system operator JSC “Gaso” and refinance the previous years’ investments in the distribution system, Latvijas Gāze has attracted a loan of 35 million euros from the JSC “SEB Banka”. The loan has a duration of 5 years and will be attributed to the newly established subsidiary.
