Notice on the procedure of the foundation meeting of the Joint Stock Company "Gaso"

The Board of the Joint Stock Company "Latvijas Gāze" hereby convokes and announces that the foundation meeting of the Joint Stock Company "Gaso" will be held on November 22, 2017 at the premises of the JSC "Latvijas Gāze", 20 Vagonu Street, Riga. The beginning of the shareholders' meeting is scheduled for 10:00 o'clock.

As the JSC "Latvijas Gāze" is the sole founder of the JSC "Gaso", the foundation meeting of the JSC "Gaso" will be held with the participation of the sole JSC "Gaso" shareholder – the JSC "Latvijas Gāze".

The agenda of the meeting is as follows:

• 1. Adoption of the Joint Stock Company "Gaso" Foundation Decision.
• 1. Approval of the Articles of Association.
