Latrobe Magnesium Limited (ASX: LMG) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of Latrobe Magnesium Limited (‘LMG’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of LMG, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 19 October 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR A TRADING HALT
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1 Latrobe Magnesium Limited (“Company”) requests a trading halt in the Company’s securities on the morning of Friday 15 October 2021, pending an announcement to the market regarding a proposed capital raising that is material to the Company.
It is expected that an announcement will be made on the capital raising prior to commencement of trading on Tuesday, 19 October 2021.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
The Company has no other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
