RESULTS OF SHARE PURCHASE PLAN

DiscovEx Resources Limited (ASX:DCX) (“DiscovEx Resources” or “The Company”) is pleased to advise that it has completed the Share Purchase Plan (SPP) first announced on 18 January 2021 which closed early on 11 March 2021.

A total of 125,000,000 shares were issued today at $0.004 per share to raise $500,000.

Please find attached an Appendix 2A and Secondary Trading Notice pursuant to section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 with respect to the issue of the shares pursuant to the terms of the SPP.
